My 1 hour call to IR and my impressions; most important was the talk of the float. from what I understood it basically doesn't exist. PR firm is paid with restricted shares, guy say's they've never done that before. says there is big $ behind this. asked why reverse merger n not IPO, said IPO very expensive n they wanted to get moving. says millionaire magazine is profitable, so even if web site takes years to get going they still have the mag. R. white has been roaming the country, doing high profile auctions etc for years since he sold the ROBB REPORT. Now he decided to go with this. They will be moving into their new facility very shortly. News- the guy said he was so busy with phone calls that it might take till tuesday to get something out. (but I had the feeling it was ready), said the fact hat he was answering the phone on sunday should give me an indication. my first call ever to an IR firm or a company. Usually I don't hold a stock long enough to bother.
