Good Morning Frank,

I regret to say that Operation Desert Fox only damaged some of the war making potentials of Sadam, nothing else. Even school kids can understand that. The timing of the operation was wrong, and its scope very limited. This is another example of " no foreign policy" of President Clinton's adminstration.

One starts an operation three days before Ramadan and he stop, becasue the enemy is celebrating the holy months!!!! They clearly timed this operation to suit a political purpose.

So what now? Neither the President, no Mr. Cohen or Mrs. Albright know what is next. Their policy of bringing in Palestinians and Israelis has succeede only to damage the best friend United States has, the State of Isreal. Now, they have failed in Iraq.

So, now US will keep a long and costly presence in the Gulf, until Ramand is over before they strike again?? Dear Frank, this is an Royal Screw-up at its best. The world is waiting for US goverrnemnt to lead, but so far, there is no
leadership. Sooner or later, Sadam will send an un-manned plane
to spry Isreal with the Anthrax and then we will Nuke Iraqi's out of
existance and that will spell disaster for the mankind.
