A lot of folks became aware of CNSI back in the spring when they announced they would pay $1\sh dividend on stock selling for $2\sh. "to improve shareholder value." The day the dividend was paid, the stock dropped $1\sh. It was a one shot deal (which news I had to break to more than one eager investor on Yahoo, much to their chagrin, thinking they'd buy CNSI @$1\sh and get a $0.25 dividend in a few months). Wilcox was the CFO at the time. I spoke with him and he's a nice guy and was helpful. I recommend caution before any announcement, as well as, after. Yours, Steve
