Dan, the short answer is No.

If you have concrete facts that prove they are false, please share them with the rest of us.

I am working off assumptions as that is all I can gather without making a much bigger commitment to this issue than I intend to.

Please bear with me, as I believe my assumptions will be brought to bear truth. There is something very wrong about what is going on here and I refuse to let it go on, unchallenged.

As far as credibility goes, all I can offer you is the history of my posts to the Silicon Investor threads and to the real time chat rooms. I, like anyone else, have had my ups and downs.
