Shorting and share diluation: Goes Hand and Hand!

Jane, if you were a MM and had the ability to short a penny stocks-which ones would you short? You look for ones that have lots of volume. That have no revenues, no earnings, non-reporting, and are issuing tons of shares. Short the hell out of it!
Most of the time you win!
MDIN is issuing shares every month in order to pay for the land in Chile. That is bad enough. But-guess what-MDIN IS GOING TO ISSUE A TON OF SHARES TO PAY FOR DRILLING! Look at the Las Dos Marias and Lipangue drilling costs. I expect at least 10 million shares to be added to the share count shortly! Should we be worried? Should we be shaking in our boots? Am I worried? The answers are No, No, and NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The shares issued for the lands have been registered and held in trust by MDIN. This also will include the drilling shares. They will not be free trading shares anytime in the foreseeable future. Shorters are betting on diluation but they are going to lose. They are digging their own grave even deeper.

While silly americans are moaning and groaning, Chileans are buying up all the cheap shares they can and continue to buy. Now, why might that be Jane? You think Chileans are stupid?
