Rumors come and rumors go. The only thing REAL is ANNOUNCED contracts, IMO. if one invests due to "rumors", what happen when the "rumors" don't pan out? INvest in DGIV because you believe that DGIV will get the signed contracts eventually, not because of some unsubstantiated rumors about unannounced signed contract!
