Can anyone out there explains why Pairgain, Ascend, and others
chose to go with Aware on DMT instead of AMTX?

If AMTX DMT technology is as good as folks claimed, there is only
one logical explanation for this. Perhaps, AMTX already has a big partner
or suitor who is a competitor to these folks - so they want nothing to
do with AMTX. The other possiblity may be that AMTX management
is so bad, no one wants to deal with them. I sure hope it 's the former.
