They simply want to be sure you have voted. If you have not voted, think the issue through. If another company was trying to change their domicile would you think this was a good idea or a bad one. Lehman Bros. is not the only entity explaining the advantages to prospective clients. We should see more attempts to change domicile in 1999, especially if XOMA is successful.
