Jim, I would love to buy up some cheap MDIN shares but I'm pretty much flat broke for reasons which should be obvious!

In regards to the 10,000,000 shares being issued-that is only my opinion. I have not heard from anyone the number of shares that MDIN will issue to pay for drilling. I am assuming the drilling will cost about $700,000 or about 10 million shares. It is possible that MDIN will not have to pay for the Las Dos Marias drilling yet so the number could be considered a worst case. I do believe the share count will reach a peak of about 55 to 60 million before going back down.

In regards to not being a fully reporting company-you are correct-MDIN has IMO, purposely put off being a reporting company in order to have more flexibility in their manuvering behind the scenes.
The advantages they reaped with this are starting to become outweight by the disadvantages. The biggest disadvantage is many fund mangers are banned from investing in a non-reporting company so an important sources of funding is currently unavailable to MDIN. As of a few days ago, MDIN plans to be offically a reporting company before the end of January-at least that is their plan.
