Thanks for your comments may be you can explain few issues for me? 1. why is that your real time quotes are wrong (volume), some people make decision on the volume and your real time quotes gives wrong volumes. 2. I had the account since July, how come I never been able to use your web site reliably, I can never consider to deposit a serious money into the account since I don't know I can access it for a trade. you may get some customers that don't care about timing and are prepared to put up with anything just for $19.95 per trade but those customers who trade frequently have needs to access the system always. I also think you make your real revenue from those that are successful and trade frequently, I doubt they are happy with your system quality, so if you continue the current level of service for sure your customer base is going to shrink and your expenses going to go up because you are foreced to stay competitive and buy better systems all the time. Not a good bussiness model is it, revenue going down and expenses going up to support those customers with small number of trades per year?
