I must admit you are astute on Radica, that is for sure. I do have small caps and I still own some Radica, believe me, I hope Radica hits 20 again.
My 401K and IRA of mutual funds have some small cap funds and guess what both are in negative territory YTD. S&P is around 20- 25% I think. I am tempted to move these small cap funds, but they have been laggards for so long, that as soon as I move them, Small Caps will go up.

You were cynical on when I brought up that Target Ad. Seriously, this is the very First time I know Target has advertised a Radica competitor.
