Soar - will LCSG & GNEN soar ? Let's take a look. LCSG closed near its 52 week high @ $1.16 ($1.19 is the high). They are a holding company in golf related industries. They acquired golfuniverse.com on 12/3/98.

They're projecting 6 million dollars in revenues on a newly acquired product(I wonder how they project these revenues when they've just completed the acquisition).

Joe Namath is their spokesman. That's as good as reason as any to buy this stock. I'm an ol' Jet fan from way back when, and if Joe tells me to buy something - I know it has to be good (this comment is toungue-in-cheek for those who think I'm serious).

The chart says support @ .50 / resistance @ 1.19

Interesting note: the trading volume on LCSG was close to 2M for the first week of Dec./Volume has been decreasing since 2nd week of Dec./
On 12/16/98 the stock sank from approx. $1.10 to .79 before rebounding to $1.16 over the next two days. This was probably the wash-out, where all the "slight-of-heart" ran for the hills.

Until trading volume climbs back over 1 Mil. shares per day - be careful with LCSG. The chart, however, looks very good.

On GNEN @ .58 on Friday's close; They've acquired CDmusic.com and Slip-Disk recently. These acquisitions probably account for the recent price jump. There's been heavy trading volume over the last two weeks. Almost 2M shares traded on Friday.

GNEN hit rock-bottom in mid-Nov. @ .09 per share. In 5 weeks it's shot up to .58 (.63 is 52 week high).

The news is sort-of-typical these days: GNEN is going retail online. With two recent acquisitions, investors are betting that this stock will move along with CDNOW and the rest....and if the chart is any indication - it will....thanks for the post
