I understand that the "float" is the number of common shares left for possible purchase after subtracting the quantity of stock that is closely held by company management. Fortune Marketing & Capital Consultants, Inc., MLRE's Investor Relations firm, says on their website that MLRE has 6.7 Million shares outstanding with an estimated 1.5 Million float. See their web page:

In your prior post regarding your phone call with Investor Relations you said "most important was the talk of the float. from what I understood it basically doesn't exist."

Did you mean that the 1.5 million share float was so small as to be practically nonexistent? Or, did you mean something else?

In my experience, the law of supply and demand is more important than all the analyst opinions on Wall Street. If a company has only a 1.5 million share float, a reasonable amount of buying can push the stock up rapidly because of the small supply.
