... WHER TEH HECK THE SEC documents said anything about SHOPPING.COM meeting certain financial criteria????????????????? ... but do you really imagine that there are no financial conditions YES ! The Company anticipates that if it can satisfy the conditions to the funding of the Private Equity Line !!!!!
