Banditjrjr, I do not know if G&G have signed with the younger Mr. Segal or not. I believe the limiting factor right now is obtaining the financing to make more movies. Of course, if "Speedway" or "Delta Force" brings in significant revenues, there will be many possibilities open with regard to new movies.

What filing a 10SB with the SEC does for the company is give them legitimacy in the eyes of investors. Some investors simply will not invest in companies that do not file. So once the company files, there is a greater pool on investors willing to buy the stock.

What filing does for the investors, well, where do I start? How much research do you do before spending $400 on a TV? How much studying do you do before buying a $20,000 car? A balance sheet is a snapshot of the company. These are the financial facts, not the dreams and delusions of management. There are severe penalties for misrepresenting facts in a SEC filing. This lends credibility to the information. On the thread, the figure of 90 million shares outstanding has been thrown about for months now. If you read the Canadian filings, it turns out the figure is actually 99 million shares. Does this make any difference to you. It does to me. I could go on at length, but there are gifts to be wrapped.

Regards, Suzanne
