" I would of respected and supported the Houses decision to impeach the President if the vote was partisan, but what I saw this week in the house of representatives was an utter joke with politics at its
very very worst and no way represented the will of the people.
"

Tell me Rory, when the very same partisanship ends this thing with Slick's acquittal, will I hear you complaining about that partisanship? It's a partisan political system.

Concerning this partisanship, I saw a lot more Republicrats crossing over than Demopublicans.

Perhaps we should just turn the governance of the country over to the pollsters. Oh, I hear that the majority in those same polls now favor Slick's resignation...you do of course think he should do the 'will of the people', right?

Should an acting President of the United States be impeached for apparently lying under oath in a personal civil lawsuit on questions regarding his personal sex life. That is it period. "

BTW Rory, that is what is being decided. This is the process for making that decision. A lot of folks believe that perjury is a pretty serious felony.
