Recent tax loss selling has pushed the price of Stealth's stock below the 10cent level creating a lot of concern amoungst shareholders who purchased their shares between 25 and 90cents.The facts are as follows:

1. Four major producers includng Homestake Mining of San Francisco have expressed a keen interest in Stealth's Pine Property and are reviewing the property in the context of possible acquisition.A Confidentaility Agreement was entered into with Homestake in October. The true definition of the potential of any junior is the interest expressed in it by the major gold producers.
2 Stealth has continued to explore the property, has meet all its obligations in connection with its agreement with Electrum Resources and has expanded the property recently by acquiring approximately 4200 acres of land to the North.
3. Stealth has been approached by IBK Capital of Toronto and has retained IBK to assist it in raising additional capital for the purpose of expanding its 1999 Drill program. Drilling in 1999 will commence as soon as the weather permits
4. The Pine Property is estimated to contain upwards of 4,500,000 ounces of gold and in excess of 1.3 billion lbs of copper based on the report issued by Standard Metals Exploration Ltd of Vancouver a copy of which is available from the company.
