Great article in that journal...but I still got a question that I can't get out of my head... With all these big money investors, why wouldn't they just have private investing to fund initial setup, get the website running, and then once it's actually a company with some financial statements, offer up an IPO? I guess I just don't get an operation like this as a BB penny stock.
