I was also on the PERI conference call. The numbers looked pretty good to me, and so did the breadth of upticks across the entire product line. It seemed interesting to me that 40% of revenues came from totally new customers, and that there were no 10% plus customers in the quarter. This may imply less lumpiness in quarters to come.

I am very bullish on this stock, and I have been buying it all along. I really do not understand why the stock sold off on Friday. I suspect some very poorly timed and ill-advised tax loss selling. I also believe that PERI is worth multiples of its revenue base, which I think can grow at 20% to 25% per year.

I think it is only fair to tell you all that PERI is one of the five largest position in the Tocqueville Small Cap Value Fund. I manage the portfolio fairly concentrated, with 50% of the assets concentrated on my ten best ideas. This obviously entails a certain amount of risk if I start picking the wrong stocks. Please keep posting your observations on the stock. Many thanks.
