Doug CPLY has tested the trendlines in the eights fully so it really has no "need" to go back to retest. I was basing the call on the 89 MA/MLR which has yet to bull cross. I believe it was Cube who noted the shorting potential of the actual bull cross date. But, if it gets some volume in the am I will not be shy on short term trading it.... NAVR looks ready ht david
