The definition of sex agreed on by the judge, Clinton, and Clinton's lawyers had three parts to it. The activities specified by Lewinsky fell under the definition. It's probably somewhere in the Post or the Times. I saw it several weeks ago. He demonstrated a pattern of providing responses that would be just close enough to how one would expect the answers to be that most people would have missed it also. His lawyering was fine. They knew what he was doing. They're just playing dumb. He was also being counselled by his wife, another lawyer, not to seek a settlement. That was more of a disservice to him than anything else.
