I fail to see why it is that an Ex-Ceo would have 'more' reason to sell a portion of his TMSR holdings at what is now bargain basement prices; than the current CEO.

I mean to say it might make sense if he liquidated all his shares in TMSR, making a clean break with the company. But he still holds in excess of 100k.

A more persuasive argument would be that at the time, (a mere month ago) this man wanted/needed the revenue that the sale of those shares would give him, and more importantly did not believe that if he waited a mere week and a 1/2, his capital gain would increase by 100%.

Are we to believe that because this man was no longer CEO he had no interest in gaining the maximum amount of income from the sale of his shares, or is it more likely that he believed that the price he sold at was the best he could get for the company's stock ?
