All, thanks for the posts. I understand that the stock took a hit on the Medicare Bill Pay System delays. My thinking is that if you are patient, that when that system starts working that we could see a bounce in the stock.

The thing that concerns me about a company like this is that clearly they are either under followed, or there is some serious questions about the company's future. Why? From what I have heard and read, that Nov is in a business that is growing quite a bit. So, based on the book value of the company and future prospects of the industry, for a stock to be trading at $2.25 shows me that the market either believes that this company will not be part of the future growth of the industry and/or there is a question as to the ability of the Nov management to take this company to the next level.

One thing that I found interesting is that this company went public in 1991, went to $30 and is now currently trading at a all time low. Why is that?

With a stock at this price, one concern I have is the odds of it going bankrupt. Does anyone know how Wall Street views the management of this company? Will their business grow?

One thing I am watching for is the stock to go below $1.875. Any more thoughts on this company would be appreciated. Especially, if anyone knows how the stack up to their competition.
