I really hope that the optimism shared by you two is justified. The stock (appears) to be so undervalued (at least on paper) at $.01. Those of us that play pennies know how devastating reverse splits can be. If the debentures are the motivating factor, to get to $3.00 we'd have to have an almost 300 to 1 reverse from current prices. That is an awful thought, as I am sure short-term the values would go way down. If it brought further value to the company by paying off the debt and bringing revenues straight to the bottom line, it could conceivably be good for shareholders. Too often I've seen pennies do reverses and then dilute back to previous levels, leaving early investors with unbelieveable losses. Let's hope we don't have to deal with such a scenario period. One final thing I'm wondering about is if the current price is factoring in such a scenario already. That would explain the current price wouldn't it.
