Pat,

Did you factor in goodwill from the purchase of STB? I know that they'll save 3Dfx's margin in COGS, so that will improve, but I still think your sales number is high. The EPS number is so high that they wouldn't be talking "neutral" and hopefully accretive in the cc's.
