Loren,

I try to remind myself that the OTC-BB arena is high risk and highly speculative--that way if something good transpires from my speculative investment I'm happy--and if it tanks then I was aware of the high risk going in.

Of course secretly I always hope that all my speculative risks will be winners--but the odds I read somewhere that only 3% of high risk/speculative investments work out and 97% bring disappointment.

I started buying shares of TNRG at much higher price levels and lately in my opinion the price at these levels is almost non-relevant
in my case --as whether it's .01 cents or .013 cents is a non-issue
the consideration for me is will the company prosper--and if it does
the share price I am guessing will adjust accordingly. JMO!

Reverse Share Activity? I've got enough things in my life to worry about --without worrying about something that hasn't happened yet--and may or may not happen.

It's almost a blessing in disguise for me with the share price being in the under .02 cent per share range --I don't have to worry about selling--but the consideration of buying more has crossed my mind.

It may very well be that I am in a minority of speculators that feel positive about the future of TNRG--I have misjudged several other OTC-BB stocks over the years--so I may also be very wrong about TNRG--
however thus far I am doing what I feel is right for me and my tolerance to high risk thus far remains fairly solid--so! Maybe I'll lose my entire investment that I have put into TNRG or maybe I'll hit a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow--Time will tell!----My hunch is that it will take some time for all the potential business projects in TNRG to solidify--maybe months--maybe years--maybe never!

Bottom line as I see it is high risk with the potential of high reward or losing all---I think we should see some signs or signals which direction we are headed by the end of the first quarter of 1999
but that's just my guess.
