Thank you very much. I have reviewed my data files on COII and have confirmed the SECORD connection at the time of initiation of conversations with the Chinese. Secord ,over the past few years has been involved with a number of,shall we say,less than reputable companies and in each instance news releases of off shore contracts always seemed to surface.
