I get a daily e-mail Global Intelligence Update. This morning was on Russia/US relations. It states that the bombing of Iraq without prior discussions with Russia has unified the various political factions in Russia against following US leadership. In all prior actions, the Clinton administration had carefully discussed the proposed action before taking any action. This time they did not. Everyone can decide for themselves why speed in this action was so important that relationships built carefully over several years with foreign governments were trashed. I tried to put a link to www.stratfor.com, the publisher, but couldn't get it to work
