Your post embarass those of us who have actually done our DD on this stock and the technology USRF posseses and have ON-LINE as we speak. Yourself and your conuterparts are obviously attempting to short the stock or drive the price down to cover your butts on the dividends as this stock heats up.
(By the way the CEOs name is Lof"l"in...not Lofkin you putz, and if you knew how to do DD you would put him to the lithmus test, his phone number is 504-922-7744 and the web site is: internetmedia.com, and his name is David Loflin, my guess is you couldn't handle him, for he is obviously much more astute than the likes of you or your cronies. Don't be surprised if he can't take or return your call immedaitely, he is running a company which he has personally put $300k+ into and takes NO SALARY...I am sure all the bashers here can say the same phor themselves....)
I dismiss 100% of what you clowns have to say. It is so unfortunate that people like you can come into these threads and smash a stock with no basis, I guess its the same as the pumpers so I will just have to sit back and watch ya'll beat it out of each other...
Phor the rest of you, who have researched this company and are currently holding stock, let me shed light on a phew points that appear to have gone astray during my Hanukah festivities...This company has a VERY VALID and proven technology that is currently in the process of patent protection and testing the waters for a run onto the NASDAQ (small cap I would expect, don't get too excited but we will take NMS David, if you are listening) in the SHORT TERM, IMHO 90 days or less.
There are several LARGE ISPs and bandwith providers on the front range of the Rocky Mtns, primarily located along the I-25 corridor in eastern CO that runs from Trinidad north to Chyenne Wyoming. These LARGE bandwith providers see a MAJOR portion of their business threatened by Internet Media (OTC:BB USRF just incase you don't even know the name of the company) and their drastic slashing of ISDN - T1 transmission speeds at approximately 50%-200% cost cutting, and it is rumored that we will see a deal struck in the very near future...potentially before Christmas.
In addition, let me reitterate that this company IS NOT IN THE OIL AND GAS BIZ and has ABSOLUTELY no intentions of doing so. They are allowing thier public company to roll up a few other companies onto the public market and therefore push out dividends to share holders and allow for ample capitalization of USRF while the company continues to grow. This is a newer finance tool, that is rapiddly becoming more and more widely used, but has historically been reserved for the separation of large entities...i.e.: AT&T/Lucent deal. Alot of people are scared about dealing with things they don't know about....thats phine put your head in the sand, and those of us with any sense about ourselves will push the envelope and search for response...
I am an avid skiier in the Colorado Rockies, as I have lived there on and off for the past 4 years...There is a ski manufacturer by the name of K2, if you are familiar...they have a CLASSIC advertisement that shows I strong confiedent succesful back country master pounding off a rock and headed perfectly formed for the phresh powder beneath, the caption at the bottom of the photo reads, "If you keep pushing the evnelope, we'll keep LICKING THE STAMPS!!!"
