Totally wrong. Rape is a crime even if actual sex is not involved. As I said, you have to look at the underlying crime (if any), the intent and motivation, and the materiality to the case at hand.

But you knew that, didn't you. You just want to misrepresent everything to avoid the real issues. Right??
