I DID call my broker...it is NOT marginable...they WILL NOT PERMIT shorting of it. So DLJ plays by a different set of FED rules...must be why they got a bad rap on Prodigy BB's re: online Brokers... Profits I want... Illegal trading headaches I do NOT need. Good Luck...sounds 2 me like you are going to need it, later if not sooner. I've sent a copy of both your e*mail public responses to SEC enforcement...(got the idea from Anthony@Pacific) O/49r
