Hello Michael:
Have you or anyone else a comment on the 'other assets'? If I recall from earlier this year, those were either dubious R&D or part of the MD 'investment'. The earlier in the year issue I had with these 'other assets' was how proper is it to claim them under the circumstances and if they were disallowed, that would put Zitel into delisting territory (that was before the mid-summer cash infusion). Am I still barking up the right tree on this issue? Please clarify this if you can.
