Heyy Topher,
Just woke from a short nap, are you psychic or what, am freezing me butt off didn't realize how chilled I had gotten out on the road, must have still been in shock when I got home. Wish you were here as well ;).
Couple of observations from initial reports:
1. It does not sound as if FNTN is named in the lawsuit.
2. Meeting will be in video form on the website, it will be a valuable insight to us to see the turn around time required to do this.
3. Not clear if what was said re financials means what we saw in release has now changed or what.
