My friend Marconi: You are right on target!!!!!!!!!! Zit's "other assets" have always been dubious. "other assets" means, MatriDigm, and other value less assets just to be written off sooner or later. How much are the remaining "other assets" worth?? I will wait until I can read the entire 10K before posting. Zit needs to have at least $4 mil in assets and a share price above $1 before delisting . Sure is a nice day Michael
