Hi, Rich. Welcome back.

I've been hanging out here for almost two years now, and I'll be damned if I can tell you one way or the other why Apple behaves the way it does. Even scarier, even the best and brightest on the thread appear to be at a loss as well.

It seems to me that even the optimistic Apple investors are still a bit hesitant to stick too many eggs in the AAPL basket just yet.

I think there's still money to be made here, especially after the Senate censures Clinton and MacWorld kicks off next month. I am a bit wary of the new "Pro" machines and how well they'll do in sales (I plan to buy one, FWIW).

I know there are folks here who can give you much better, more sound justifications for AAPL's performance.
