TMBS is a thinly traded stock. Someone decided to take profits today and sold (around 3:30ish) 3000 shares and then 5,000 shares causing the price to move down. That's one of the risks of thinly traded stocks. As the price fell (and quickly), thee were a handful of 1,000 share trades (can't tell if they were buys or sells) w/in a 30 minutes window. Most likely a bunch of stop loss orders were executed. At almost 4:00, a 3000 share buy order came in and started to move the price back up. Before anybody panics, let see what tomorrow brings.

See the chart yourself. But, you have to do it today because it's updated daily. That's why it's an intraday chart.
