Scott, This was out last week, should have no impact on stock. DRIV now trading up at $35/share! Sure would be nice if TSQD gave us DRIV stock as a dividend, at say 1 share DRIV per 4 TSQD. By any measure, TSQD looks very undervalued at just over $3. We'll see how it unfolds as DRIV continues to climb. Best Wishes, John R.
