You can't be that obtuse. The market has soared ever since Starr delivered his report. The market soared Friday when impeachment appeared certain.

And the market soars each step Clinton gets closer to removal. Either way, his presidency is dead. Republican politics actually prefers that the perjurer remain in office, moribund.
