B... One way to find out whether option stock is bing unloaded at any given time is to look for a brokerage firm that is unloading stock in a big way over a relatively short period of time... The other way is to to go back about one year and look for houses that are persistantly in negative net positions by over 50% of their purchases, or consistently in negative net positions without any purchases...

For example... Take a look at Labrador International on the same site... They are negative net over 1mm shares in less than one months time via CC...Go back the whole year and you won't find, over any time frame, where they accumulated over a million shares... Obvious shorting against delivery of shares...

Re QTR... I don't see anything out of the ordinary during this last quarter other than Loewen and Georgia Pacific unloading 150K each back in October in around a .35 average... That might have been a little option stock coming out but nothing serious...Besides that it was over a month and a half ago...
