I considered buying in this morning. What a mistake that I didn't! However, I suspect this flurry of activity is due to tomorrow's split, and there will be a rapid selloff afterward. Then, I'll get another opp to buy in at a considerably lower price....
As for the float, I was right, it was about 4 mill based on the info I had, but the info was pre-split (from the last one...). So, 8.5 makes sense.
Even so, that's roughly 25% of the shares short. Sounds to me like a major squeeze has been taking place. Should continue, based on the good earnings performance of this company.
