It could have been around 75 when Rod stewart played with the Faces, I saw them at a concert in Bardney (4 day open air) that must have been around 73 or 74? Personally I prefered the face when Steve Marriot was heading them up in the late 60's. I will say one thing for Rod Stewart, the Bardney show was the highest energy performance I have ever seen, a incredible stage show. As for best band ever, no contest, CREAM got to be it.
