Industry Background:

An Existing Affinity Group into a Consolidated and Comprehensive Branded Identity.

The Company serves as a Private Membership Organization that is not unlike the Public facilities such as Sam's, Costco or BJ's Warehouse. These Public Clubs charge small fees (usually around $25) to large numbers of consumers. The consumers have access to certain ranges and types of products that the Public Club can acquire on discounted terms. The products may be close-outs, discontinued items or overstocks.

The Private Membership Industry, in which RDI Marketing expects to play a leadership role offers a full range of products supplied by thousands of name brand manufactures, at deep discount or even direct wholesale prices to Members who agree to spend between $2,000 and $10,000 annually through the Club. The Members may pay a larger initial fee to join the club; and they also pay monthly or annual dues totaling $149 to maintain their membership rights and privileges.

The industry is currently comprised of over 150 independent operator locations that serve approximately 2.5 million consumer Members. These Members have an average expenditure of $675, making the industry a large direct distributor to the consumer pipeline, with industry combined revenues in excess of $8.5 Billion dollars.
