Pete:

I've heard that they've put off the SEC filing for a few weeks because they're extending their private placement. The Nasdaq listing is now scheduled for March. I didn't hear this from the company itself; I've had a hard time getting anything out of them. Yeah, you'll see it above $0.80. Insiders own 45% of the shares now and have warrents that mature in the short term, I'll bet its up by then. It'll go but its going to test our patience.
