Just to add some information here. This afternoon after I posted my first article, I found out Dynacare's controlling shareholders want to take the company private. I wander what is the price. Sometimes when the controlling shareholders of a company know the company will turnaround, they will use their power to take the company for themselves when the stock price is low. It is quite simple that if the company is not doing better, why they spend millions of dollar to buy back all outstanding stocks for themselves.
