no, mate ... it's simply a free CNBC-dow jones business video collaboration.
just go to nasdaq.com, punch in the ticker(s), hit "Get InfoQuotes," and then the "News" icon. you'll get a list of recent and past news items and on occasion, a business video and audio. (for what it's worth, i've noted that they don't always include the transcript.)
tip: it's definitely helpful to preview who's gonna be on CNBC (http://www.cnbc.com/guests ). i'm a late riser, so i tend to check the squawk and marketwatch schedule, er shedsyool, and then float over to naz.com later in the day to see if they've posted it.
