Being familiar with some of Scopus' product line, I thought
I would comment on the product (as opposed to fundamentals).

The main problem I have with investing in Scopus is the numerous
complaints I've heard from several different companies attempting
to implement Scopus as a corporate-wide solution. Apparently
there's MUCH work involved in comparison to another solution
like Remedy.

I've actually used the Scopus call-tracking portion of their
system - my main complaint was it was extremely slow and prone
to failures (it would crash). Everytime the vendor was contacted
the only solution offered was "consulting".

This, of course, is just one man's opinion based on information
collected out in the field.

I've no real experience with Remedy (or any of the other tools
mentioned in the original thread).
