ORCL has topped out. Resistance at 40 is unbreakable and soon the BIG PLAYERS will be dumping their ORCL . NASDAQ up 2.49 % . ORCL down .64% . ORCL will be trading below 30.00 a share by the end of this year. You longs should be scared .
