Nadine, <<Nor do I think that the majority of people in this country believe that the process was fair.>> Have you ever been to a prison? If you poll the prisoners you will discover an amazing fact: They nearly all believe that "the process that put me here was unfair". Now the irony of this is found in the thoughts of the victims of crimes, in that they also utter similar such things: "Life is unfair. Why was I robbed(beaten, raped, fill in the blank)? So is your argument one of faith? If the majority believe it to be so, then that makes it right, true, etc?
