PREFERRABLY ANNOUNCED ON THE 30th or 31st OF THIS MONTH indeed, an intriguing notion to contemplate given that our split history is comprised of a singular 10-1 reverse. not much to extrapolate on, eh? as i indicated in a fairly recent post, the latest 10-Q (dated 11 sep 98) shows 100 million shares authorized and 44,180,019 outstanding. no need for approval from me. all my best for an auspicious '99, -chris.
