MB: What they are talking about is this quarter and the previous quarter. The revenue indeed increased by 15% in PC system (the other part of the increase is in other business), the gross margin went down 7%, from 22% to 15%. The net income is $0.12, compare with $0.17 previous quarter. The number beat the average estimate by $0.01. But the company is reducing the SG&A to achieve this goal. Just my opinion! Jeff
